Harlequins Rugby League are looking to start a Masters team for all men aged over 35 and are recruiting players.
"I could have played stand off for Great Britain; if I could only pass, catch and tackle!" Does this sound familiar?
Did you miss your chance to play for a Super League club and have the chance to win representative honours?
Well fear not, Harlequins Rugby league club are looking to start a master’s team for anyone over 35 years of age and are currently recruiting players. The team will look to play out of Richmond College and play teams from around London.

Northampton youngsters making an impact in rugby league |
 Young rugby players from Northampton going on to be successful in the sport is nothing new. However, while success on the rugby field is normally associated with union there are now some coming through that are showing the talent and potetial to make it at the highest level of rugby league. Will Lovell and Matt Meek, both of whom started out playing the sport with the Northampton Knights junior rugby league side, have both been making an impact in the Academy set-up at Super League side Harlequins Rugby League after being spotted at trials held by the London-based team. |

South England Students finally push past Yorkshire |
 On day three it was old rivals Yorkshire, who the South have never beaten in nearly 2 decades of asking, who were to play off for the 3rd 4th spot for the regionals. And finally, after last years heartbreak of being beat in the last minute, the boys from South of the heartlands were able to put in their best performance to date, with a 33-26 victory. |

The Political Animals rugby league football club today launched their brand new website - www.politicalanimals.org.uk. The club comprises politicians from all parties, working in Parliament and local government. Anyone who has sought election is eligible to play, as are Parliamentary staff and invited members of the All-Party Parliamentary Group. Free Rugby League taster session for women in Twickenham |

The Twickenham Stoop in West London is hosting a free Rugby League taster session for women on Saturday April 17 which will enable participants to sample what this exciting sport has to offer.
The session is an ideal opportunity for women looking for something a little bit different to enjoy an introduction to Rugby League with some basic coaching in the morning as well as the chance to play a game on the Twickenham Stoop pitch in the afternoon. Those taking part in the taster session, which is being run by the sport’s governing body, the RFL, will also receive a free matchday ticket and hospitality for that afternoon’s Carnegie Challenge Cup tie between Harlequins RL and Wakefield Wildcats at the same venue. |
