Jobs in London Regional Talent & Coach Managers 1 x North West - £24,800 • 1 x London - £24,800 + London Allowance of £3,000 Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead the implementation of national coach and coach education programmes within the region. You will establish and manage a talent development pathway that meets agreed national standards. You will develop and implement coaching workforce plans based upon the long term coach development model. You will manage the delivery and development of world leading coach development systems within professional and semi professional clubs and sub regional structures, through expert advice, analysis and guidance. An experienced Project Manager, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and work successfully with multiple stakeholders. You will translate the national programmes within the regions, working closely with the regional manager and talent coaches. A senior coach, with UKCC level 3 coaching, IAPS, CTS, you will be an experienced manager of people, programmes and projects, an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong organisational skills and you will have the ability to lead and develop others. League for All Officers 2 x London - £20,300 + London Allowance £3,000 Working with the Service Area Coordinators, Community Rugby League Coaches, clubs, internal departments and local agencies to identify and develop League for All. You will plan, organise and deliver the agreed projects and development programmes at a local level, to support the development of Touch, Tag and Masters Rugby. An entry level role, you will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the sport and a clear understanding of the principals of sport development. You will ideally have experience of working/volunteering in sport, organising sport related events and working to tight deadlines against key performance indicators. You will have project management skills and a coaching qualification. Customer facing, you will use your interpersonal skills to develop Touch, Tag and Masters Rugby.
